CGAC’s Number 88 Announcement of 2022, the Announcement on Adjusting the Declaration Requirements of Customs Declaration Form for Imported Goods

In order to solidly push forward the relevant epidemic prevention and control on non cold chain goods at ports, CGAC has decided to adjust the filling and declaration requirements of relevant subjects on PRC Customs Declaration form for Imported Goods and PRC Filing List for Entry Goods as below:

The “preventive disinfection has been carried out ” declaration subject has been newly added. In accordance with On-Field Disinfection Evaluation Criteria in Covid-19 Epidemic Period(WS/T 774-2021) , preventive disinfection refers to the disinfection implemented on the places and items that might have been contaminated by pathogenic microorganism when there is no confirmed infection source exists. The subject is a click option subject with Yes and No two options. If the imported goods have accepted preventive disinfection, the consignee or the China customs broker of the imported goods shall click YES, otherwise shall click No.

Actual entry goods shall fill and declare the “preventive disinfection has been carried out ” subject options and the date of departure.
